The second phase of a residential development project near the train station has been approved and is slated to bring 60 luxury apartments, nine of which will be designated as affordable housing, to the borough by March 2023.
Located two blocks from the train station at 118 Park Ave., the new development is expected to be a four-story building with 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space that will include shopping, dining and other businesses.
