Kushner To Replace Office Site in North Jersey With Luxury Apartments

Fair Lawn Property To Be Repurposed for Multifamily Use

Real estate developer Kushner is razing an aged office building in North Jersey and replacing it with luxury apartments, looking to help meet the demand for fresh rental housing in the Garden State writes Linda Moss for CoStar News.

Kushner, based in New York City, is beginning construction on a 307-unit, four-story complex at 1900 Pollitt Drive in Fair Lawn targeted to tenants age 55 and older. The site is now home to a vacant office building, which is slated to be demolished. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. Read more here.
