Construction is nearly complete on 1100 South 5th Street, a new rental building in Harrison, New Jersey. From developer Advance Realty, the property will debut as The Wyldes and contain 399 rental apartments and 70,000 square feet of amenities.
Available homes include loft-style apartments with 13-foot ceiling spans and dark hardwood flooring, and standard-sized apartments with 10-foot ceiling spans and whitewashed wood flooring. All of the units include a washer and dryer, smart lock keyless home entry, and kitchens with quartz countertops.
