NORTH BRUNSWICK – US Pharma Lab has signed a pre-construction, full-building lease agreement for a 162,657-square-foot facility at the North Brunswick Logistics Center.
SL Industrial Partners, a member of the Silverman Group, signed the agreement with US Pharma Lab, headquartered in the township, for the firm’s third facility in New Jersey.
US Pharma Lab is a global leader in developing and manufacturing dietary supplement ingredients and products.
“With this new facility, we will significantly increase our operational capacity, enhancing our efficiency and responsiveness to better serve our customers. We look forward to working closely with Silverman Group to bring this vision to life,” said Amol Luhadia, CEO of US Pharma Lab.
