They head to the roof.

Across Jersey City and Hoboken, a wave of recently completed luxury condominiums and rentals is redefining outdoor living, with rooftop pools and landscaped amenity decks that overlook the Manhattan skyline.

These outdoor spaces combine resort-style amenities — including lounges, kitchens, grilling stations, cabanas and gardens — with sweeping views of the Hudson River.
