Mind and Body Come Together During Private Yoga Class At Trio Condominium in Palisades Park

PALISADES PARK, N.J. – Mind and body became one for residents of Trio during a special invitation-only yoga class recently held in the state-of-the-art yoga room at the upscale collection of condominium homes in Bergen County’s Palisades Park.

Part of a continuing series of fun-filled resident events designed to showcase the community’s five-star recreational and social amenities, the private session was conducted by Monica Kim, a trained instructor from Bikram Yoga at the Palisades, a local yoga studio which specializes in practicing postures in a heated environment to accelerate the rate of change within the body, improve circulation, help eliminate toxins and reduce the risk of injury.

Attendees of the yoga class learned and performed multiple poses designed to improve flexibility, balance, physical and mental strength and breathing exercises.

“The purpose of the event series is two-fold,” says Honey Hwang, on-site Sales Manager for The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and sales agent for Trio. “In addition to highlighting our amenities to residents of Trio, by inviting local business such as Bikram Yoga, it also allows our homeowners to learn more about the many recreational and entertainment opportunities available in the surrounding neighborhood.”

The events are hosted by Trio’s developer, MWHF Palisades Park, which expects to conduct several more festive happenings in the months ahead.

“The response to the events has been tremendous and we plan on organizing more in the future,” says Ms. Hwang. “These include more activities in our children’s playroom, as well as possible events in our lounge such as a movie night or pool demonstration.”

The exciting suite of newly-renovated, five-star recreational amenities at Trio includes concierge service, the lounge with billiards, ping pong and large screen TV with catering kitchen; state-of-the-art fitness center, the yoga studio, game room, virtual golf simulator, outdoor terrace and a business center all located within the buildings. Covered parking is also available.

“The new recreational and social amenities at Trio raise the bar for what homebuyers expect in a condominium community,” says Ron Orgel, a representative of MWHF Palisades Park. “By completely renovating these facilities, we’ve created a living environment that rivals some of Manhattan’s most exclusive buildings, but at a price that’s significantly less.”

Trio features one-, two- and three-bedroom homes – including spectacular Penthouse residences, priced from $330,000. Condominiums at Trio range in size from 742 square feet to 1,751 square feet and boast designer elements including floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and modern recessed lighting. Gourmet kitchens include granite countertops, stainless steel GE appliances, custom maple cabinets, and Kohler fixtures. Designer bathrooms boast Crema Marfil marble floors, granite countertops, custom maple vanities, and Kohler fixtures. All homes come with an individual washer and dryer. Immediate occupancy is available.

Homes are made even more affordable thanks to a limited time $25,000 incentive program at Trio that has been particularly popular with first-time homebuyers such as single professionals, young couples and growing families who have found the value-laden opportunity too good to pass up.

Located at 800 12th Street in Palisades Park, Trio is situated in an established residential neighborhood minutes from the George Washington Bridge and a number of transportation options including bus and NY Waterway Ferry service into Manhattan. Shopping enthusiasts will find myriad opportunities at nearby malls, such as Riverside Square and Garden State Plaza, while a host of brand-name stores, specialty shops and boutiques line Route 4 and Route 17.
