via INDUSTRY – Landsea rolled out the red carpet at a gala event to celebrate the launch of Avora, a new luxury waterfront condominium complex in Weehawken, New Jersey, overlooking the Manhattan skyline.
With a row of high-performance Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and McLarens lining the entrance and an electric violinist setting the tone, eager home buyers and VIP guests stepped through the doors of the upscale property’s state-of-the-art Sales Gallery, located across from the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal.
In-between custom cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, the crowd was introduced to the Avora—a development that consists of 184 luxury residences with upscale finishes and appointments, indoor/outdoor amenities, and commanding skyline and Hudson River views.
