By Stephanie Loder — A new technology-driven food hall featuring about 15 restaurant styles — from pizza and fried chicken to sushi and Thai — is headed to Hoboken, marking its first location in New Jersey.
Orbital Kitchens has signed a lease to open Alto at Southend Lofts, a luxury condominium development at 38 Jackson St., according to an announcement from developer The Taurasi Group.
