By Joshua Burd — An affiliate of Kushner has broken ground on what will be 39 oceanfront condominiums in Long Branch, a project that will rise directly south of the firm’s acclaimed Pier Village district.
Known as One Eighty Ocean, the development by PV Condo LLC will have two- to four-bedroom homes with ultra-luxury finishes, floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces. Each condo will have direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, according to public records, while owners will have access to a vast collection of upscale amenities across three levels.
The project will soon take shape on a parcel that Kushner affiliates spent several years assembling, seeking to expand its footprint along the shoreline after acquiring Pier Village more than a decade ago. PV Condo LLC has now opened a sales gallery just steps from the site.
