Harrison Urby, the mixed-use residential community in Harrison, announced Aug. 25 that Montclair Hospitality Group will open an Ani Ramen restaurant concept in the space occupied by Charley, the property’s ground-floor neighborhood bar and restaurant.
Charley, a popular local spot, closed its doors on Aug. 24. The Ani Ramen concept is expected to open in early 2027.
“Charley became a true neighborhood destination, and we’re thrilled to welcome Ani Ramen to carry that forward for our residents and neighbors,” said David Barry, founder and CEO of Urby.
Ani Ramen is known throughout the New York metro area for its Tokyo-style craft ramen and casual dining. It has locations in Montclair, Jersey City, Cranford, Maplewood, Summit and Larchmont, N.Y.
